excellent location and helpful staff
helpful staff public transport easy access
during my stay, i found the front desk team very helpful with directions and local tips. the staff did their best to assist me, and i felt welcome. the hotel's location allowed easy access to public transport options like buses.
the central heating and cooling system was difficult to adjust, so maintaining a comfortable temperature in my room was challenging i couldn't control the thermostat.

my double room was well-kept and clean. the style of the room was pleasing. the room size was adequate for one person, providing sufficient space for luggage and movement.

the hotel had a superb location with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. i easily accessed various shops and pharmacies nearby. the hotel's central position was excellent for exploring local areas and attractions.

the service was great with very attentive and efficient employees. the housekeeper was very kind. i felt very welcome because of the positive interactions with the staff and their willingness to help.

The room was clean. It included fresh towels daily. The breakfast room had many options for food. The location was ideal, a wonderful bakery next door sold delicious pastries.
The elevator was quite small. Only two people could fit inside. The staircase was dark. It could be a problem for some guests. The room lacked a coffee maker. I missed having coffee in the mornings.

The hotel had a central location near shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. the staff was friendly. i also appreciated the air conditioning. It worked really well. wifi was good too.
My room was really small. There was limited space for my suitcase.
