during my stay, i found the front desk team very helpful with directions and local tips. the staff did their best to assist me, and i felt welcome. the hotel's location allowed easy access to public transport options like buses.
the central heating and cooling system was difficult to adjust, so maintaining a comfortable temperature in my room was challenging i couldn't control the thermostat.

the hotel had a superb location with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. i easily accessed various shops and pharmacies nearby. the hotel's central position was excellent for exploring local areas and attractions.

The room was clean. It included fresh towels daily. The breakfast room had many options for food. The location was ideal, a wonderful bakery next door sold delicious pastries.
The elevator was quite small. Only two people could fit inside. The staircase was dark. It could be a problem for some guests. The room lacked a coffee maker. I missed having coffee in the mornings.

The location was superb. I found myself steps away from many shops and places to eat. I received helpful recommendations for local restaurants from the staff. A front desk agent provided quick instructions via email on reaching the hotel by train. The room was clean, which I definitely appreciated.
The elevator was quite small. It could only fit two people and a couple of pieces of luggage.
